01Who we are
PXCL ("PXCL", "we", "us") is a photo editing and collage app for Apple devices, published on the App Store by Jainam Rajpara. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and the choices you have.

02Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the app, improve it and support you.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, health data or browsing history.
03Your photos
PXCL asks for access to your photo library only so you can choose images to edit. You can grant access to selected photos only, and change this at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos.
Standard editing (layouts, frames, filters, text and stickers) happens on your device. If you use features that need server processing, such as AI avatars, the photos you submit are uploaded securely, used only to generate your results, and are not used to train models or for advertising. We delete them from our servers after processing, normally within 30 days.
Saved creations go to your own photo library. We never post anything to social media on your behalf; sharing only happens when you choose to.

We do not sell your personal information.
05Sharing with service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run PXCL, under agreements that limit how they can use it:
- Apple, for App Store payments and subscriptions. We never receive your card details.
- Analytics and crash reporting providers, to understand usage and fix problems.
- Cloud hosting and processing providers, for features that run on servers, such as AI avatars.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
06Tracking
We do not use your data to track you across other companies' apps and websites. If this ever changes, PXCL will ask for your permission first through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, and you can say no.
07How long we keep data
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request. Analytics and diagnostics are kept in aggregated or limited form, generally for no longer than 24 months. Purchase records may be kept longer where the law requires.
08Your rights and choices
- Access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing contact@snapcial.com. We respond within 30 days.
- Photo access can be limited or turned off in iOS Settings.
- Subscriptions are managed in your Apple ID settings.
- Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it.
Depending on where you live, including India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you may have additional rights, such as data portability or to complain to a data protection authority. Contact us and we will help.
09Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to people who need it.
10Children
PXCL is rated 4+ but is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. When this happens, we take steps to make sure your information stays protected in line with this policy.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. We will post the new version on this page and update the date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the app or on the App Store.
